If a 1940's tank was upgraded with Cold War technology. The base Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf. B (H) chassis is used for this modernization. Firepower is improved by replacing the 8.8 cm KwK 43 L/71, with the 105 mm L7A3 L/52 rifled gun. A laser range finder, NVD device, and updated vision blocks are installed to provide improved daytime and nighttime fighting capability. Protection is improved with the installation of imported Blazer ERA blocks, adding excellent protection against HEAT projectiles as well as increasing protection against kinetic projectiles. To add to its defensive capabilities a set of smoke grenade launchers is also installed on the side of the turret. A rear turret basket is added to provide the crew with an additional stowage area. Finally, the tracks were replaced with modern tracks which have rubber pads.
